We distinguish ourselves from other art platforms in several key ways. First and foremost, we are not a marketplace—we do not buy or sell artwork, meaning we have no vested interest in the sales process. Additionally, we do not offer insurance services, ensuring that our data and insights are unbiased and purely informational.
We are also not involved in artwork fractionalization. We believe that physical art should be owned and appreciated in its entirety, not as part of a virtual portfolio. We encourage collectors to proudly own and display their pieces, rather than viewing them as strictly financial assets.
Importantly, we are auction house agnostic, meaning we are not affiliated with any specific auction house. However, the only auction house data we use is from Sotheby's, Christie's, and Phillips—three of the most trusted names in the industry. This ensures the data we provide is drawn from the most reliable and respected sources.
We provide information based on hammer prices, the final winning bid at auction excluding the buyer's premium. This gives collectors a clearer, more accurate understanding of an artwork's true market value, compared to platforms that include the buyer's premium in their reporting. With this unbiased and transparent data, collectors are empowered to independently decide where to buy or sell their artworks—whether at auction, through galleries, or private sales—based on their own needs and market insights.
