Our Services

Art Collector IQ provides subscription-based services offering proprietary newsletter reports, private art advisory services, and various art market data tools (the "Services"). These Services are designed for educational purposes only and are not intended as investment advice.

Premium Plan

For €25/month (14-day free trial), the Premium Plan provides in-depth auction reports from top auction houses, market insights, analysis of top-performing artists, and guidance on art acquisitions, focusing on provenance and historical significance.

Premium Plus Plan

At €95/month (7-day free trial), the Premium Plus Plan includes all Premium features, plus unlimited access to artist and auction dashboards, detailed auction data, trend analysis, and an artwork valuation service. This plan offers comprehensive tools for deep market analysis, including price per square centimeter data and personalized art discovery.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through the Services, including texts, graphics, logos, and reports, is the exclusive property of CanvasArtTech OÜ or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Website, except as follows:

Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.

The above license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Website's contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the Website or its contents; any downloading, copying, or other use of account information for the benefit of any third party; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All disputes will be resolved by the Harju County Court in Estonia.

Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Website thereafter.

Cancellation and Refunds

We aim to provide complete satisfaction with our Services. If you are not entirely satisfied with the service you have received, you may be eligible for a refund.

Subscriptions can be canceled within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund, provided you have not accessed any paid content during this time.
Refunds for downloadable or accessed content are not typically provided, but exceptions can be made under certain circumstances at the Company's discretion.

The Company reserves the right to refuse a refund request if we determine that the Services have been used or accessed in a manner that violates our Terms and Conditions.

Valuation Service Terms and Conditions

Art Collector IQ, operated by CanvasArtTech OÜ ("Art Collector IQ" or "Us" or "We"), offers AI-generated valuation services to you ("You"), for artworks you provide information about (the "Artwork"), subject to your agreement to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

Specific Terms for Valuation Service:

The online valuation services offered by Art Collector IQ are based solely on the images and information provided to Us by You. The outcome of this AI-generated valuation is only as accurate as the information You provide Us, particularly regarding the description, condition, and provenance, which may significantly affect the value of the Artwork.
Art Collector IQ aims to provide your valuation report based on the estimated hammer price, which is the price expected to be realized at auction, exclusive of any additional fees such as buyer’s premiums, taxes, or other expenses. This valuation reflects our opinion of the hammer price, which has been established based on comparable items sold at public auctions, specifically those conducted by Phillips, Sotheby’s, and Christie’s. The analysis is limited to auction results from these three houses.
Art Collector IQ shall provide you with a report containing a valuation (high and low estimates) of the hammer price, based on the information and photographs of the Artwork provided by You (the "Valuation Report"). Art Collector IQ, at its sole discretion, may refuse to provide You with a Valuation Report, without the need to provide any explanation or reasoning.
This service is available only to members under the Premium Plus plan. Art Collector IQ reserves the right to adjust prices and offer special offers and discounts at its sole discretion.
Art Collector IQ does not take into account for the purpose of the Valuation Report any reserve price, sales expenses, commissions, or taxes that may apply to the sale. As such, the valuation is an estimate of the gross amount a buyer might be willing to pay, ignoring any applicable expenses.
All information provided to Art Collector IQ regarding your Artwork is deemed accurate and complete. Art Collector IQ shall not be held liable nor shall it be accountable in any manner for any errors or omissions due to inaccuracy or missing information provided by You.
By providing Art Collector IQ with information, images, and any other material (in any form), (the "Material"), You warrant that You have obtained the right to use the Material and that no third-party rights are infringed by providing it to Art Collector IQ.
By requesting the Valuation Report, You warrant that You are duly authorized to request such a Valuation Report regarding the Artwork and that each of the Artworks submitted for valuation is free from any third-party interests, liens, restrictions, encumbrances, or any form of claims.
Art Collector IQ assumes that there are no hidden conditions and therefore assumes no responsibility for the same.
Information, estimates, and opinions furnished to You by Art Collector IQ, which may be contained in this report, were obtained from sources considered reliable and believed to be true and correct. No responsibility for the accuracy of items furnished to Art Collector IQ by other parties may be assumed by Art Collector IQ.
Unless We state otherwise, the Valuation Report is provided on the basis of the information provided by You, without any physical inspection, restoration work, or any other physical action pertaining to the Artwork, or any research into the Artwork's background or history.
In the Valuation Report, We base our conclusions on an AI opinion rather than on fact. Art Collector IQ does not provide any guarantee or warranty or any representations regarding the authenticity, origin, provenance, age, or condition of the Artwork. Nor does Art Collector IQ guarantee or warrant the functionality, longevity, or merchantability of the Artwork or its fitness for any particular purpose.
Our estimate of the hammer price does not guarantee that the same will be achieved once sold.
In the event that an error is made in the Valuation Report, the liability of Art Collector IQ shall be limited to the amount of the fee for the Premium Plus membership paid. The online valuation is furnished to You for Your use at your own risk. You have no remedy for damages.
The Valuation Report is not an appraisal report and is provided to You only and is not transferable without Art Collector IQ's prior written consent. It shall remain the copyright of Art Collector IQ and may not be used for any official or formal purposes such as, but not limited to, in legal proceedings, insurance purposes, or any of the like.
By paying for the Premium Plus Plan, You enter into this binding agreement and acknowledge that the valuation is an estimate that is a matter of reasonable opinion and as such, opinions as to the hammer price may vary and differ from each other. Values may change due to market conditions in general or in particular, and any individual Artwork may be affected by specific conditions that may not be known at the time of valuation. As the valuation is AI-generated, results may vary with the same inputs provided. It is the user's responsibility to confirm the values and the comparable artworks.
If there is any dispute about or involving the Valuation Report, You agree that the dispute shall be governed by the laws of Estonia without regard to conflict of law provisions, and You agree that all claims relating to Art Collector IQ be adjudicated exclusively in the applicable courts located in Estonia.
You agree to indemnify and hold Art Collector IQ, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party arising out of or relating to Your accepting of the Valuation Report, Your breach of this Agreement, any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above, or if any information You provided to Art Collector IQ or your use of the Art Collector IQ Valuation Report causes Art Collector IQ to be liable to or subject to a claim by another.
This Agreement is accepted upon your payment for the Premium Plus membership to be provided by Art Collector IQ. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and Art Collector IQ regarding the purchase of the Valuation Report. The failure of Art Collector IQ to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.

By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
